Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Armaund Signature Transport LLC provides reserved private transportation. Once a trip is confirmed, the vehicle and chauffeur are held for you. The following terms apply to confirmed bookings. Cancellation Fees - More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup: No cancellation fee. Any prepaid amount is refunded in full. - Within 12 hours of scheduled pickup: 50% of the trip fare. This covers driver commitment and trip preparation. - No-show (no cancel in My Bookings, or failure to appear at pickup): 100% of the trip fare. A request is not confirmed until AST sends the official fare and you accept it. Cancellation fees apply after the trip is confirmed. How to Cancel Cancel in your AST account under My Bookings → Manage → Cancel. Cancellation is effective when the booking shows as canceled in My Bookings. If you cannot log in, email ArmaundSignatureTransport@gmail.com. Email notice is not effective until AST replies in writing. Short-Notice Returns and Driver Wait Time We accommodate changes when the schedule allows. - Wait time after drop-off: Wait beyond any pre-arranged grace period is billed at AST’s hourly rate in 15-minute increments. Ask AST before the trip if wait time will be needed. - Short-notice return the same day: Treated as a new booking, based on availability. If the same driver and vehicle can take it, AST will quote that segment separately. The original trip is not charged an extra cancellation fee if the change is requested promptly. Other Terms AST may waive a fee for severe weather or a documented emergency. Waiver is at AST’s discretion. Thank you for your understanding. We value your business.
