Welcome to Armaund Signature Transport. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the private car services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a ride with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide private transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, executive travel, and point-to-point rides. All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion if we believe the safety of the driver, passenger, or vehicle may be compromised.

3. Reservations and Bookings

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information, contact details, and any special requests (including flight numbers when applicable).
We are not responsible for delays or missed connections caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are quoted based on the information you provide at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, tolls, parking, after-hours service, or traffic congestion fees when applicable.
Payment is due as specified at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations received with less than 12 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation once your request has been processed.

No-shows may be charged the full fare. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location
Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
Refrain from any illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior
Not smoke, vape, or consume alcohol or drugs in the vehicle
Secure all personal belongings

We reserve the right to terminate a ride immediately (without refund) if a passenger engages in abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior.

7. Liability

Armaund Signature Transport carries appropriate insurance for private passenger transportation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control
Loss or damage to personal property left in the vehicle
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim related to a ride shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific ride.

8. Website Use

You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
Use the website to transmit harmful or malicious content
Copy, reproduce, or misuse any content from the website without permission

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and images) is the property of Armaund Signature Transport and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
